I'm looking for some of you that would like to assist me in my final tasting exercise before my exam the week of October 19th
This is Food Union will provide light cheese boards for us to nibble on while we go through a blind tasting. I will send out a list of the wines that are needed. Just bring a bottle with you (make sure its chilled) and we will go through the blind tasting of each. There are a limited number of people for this event so if you are interested please grab your ticket ASAP.
