About the event
We'll be tasting a new lineup of mozzarella, buffalo mozzarella, and burrata. The flavors may change as summer gives way to fall, but the idea stays the same.
First we taste. Then we pour. Then we eat.
Autumn pours the Italian wines. I'll bring out the mozzarella platters.
For a little while, Rochester feels a lot like Italy.
Trust us. Fresh mozzarella still has even more to say.
