About the event
In this wine class series we explore single grape varieties and how differently they can taste based off of different wine making methods and locations around the globe. This class will explore the French varietal - Viognier. We will taste 3- 4 examples of this grape and gain a better understanding as to what it tastes like and why this grape can demand a very high price but is also used in delicious white blends.
