Chateau Beauregard Pomerol 2019
This wine is stunning. I showcased this wine in a tasting I held earlier this year. After a 90 minute decant this wine opened up with all of the fun flavors and aromas that a fabulous Bordeaux should give. Pomerol is known for having extremely high standards and finding a bottle at a bargain is no small feat. This particular wine is made up of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc. This wine gives lots of black cherry, plum, anise, and tobacco. This wine is developing and can be cellared for 10 years or more.

Chateau Giscours Margaux 2020
This wine coming from the left bank of Bordeaux and very close to the where the first wine on the list is from comes from a Grand Cru Winery which is held to stricter standards and harvest amounts. This wine is 56% Cabernet Sauvignon and 44% Merlot. This wine will have notes of black current, blackberry, bramble, and smoke. It is recommended to wait to open this bottle until 2024 and can be cellared and enjoyed for 10-20 years to come.

Chateau Lynch-Moussas Pauillac 2019
This wine comes from the left bank of Bordeaux but is found further north than Margeaux and the Haute Medoc. This wine is getting fabulous reviews from many reputable sources. This wine is a blend 73% Cabernet Sauvignon and 27% Merlot and displays aromas and flavors of blackberries, black currant, cassis, smoked tobacco, toasted
oak, and smoked meats. This wine will continue to get better over the next 10-20 years.

Chateau Giscours Margaux 2019
Same as the previous Chateau Giscours but this vintage is hitting a bit different. This blend is made up of 65% Cabernet and 34% Merlot. The 2019 vintage is heavier in Cabernet so we should expect to see a stronger influence on the nose and the palate with more black currant and blackberry, along with cedar, spices, and fig. This vintage is also developing so you can drink now or cellar.

Chateau Croizet-Bages Pauillac 2019
This is again coming from the northern region on the left bank of Bordeaux. This wine is mostly Cabernet Sauvignon blended with a smaller percentage of Merlot and then a very small amount of Petit Verdot for depth of color. This wine is very highly rated with notes of cherry, black raspberry, cassis, wild herbs and spices. This is one that is lively out of the bottle but can also be cellared for further flavor development.
